Our raw beach wave bundles have intact and aligned cuticles and are true to length. They’re created by steam-styling raw hair material with high heat for a lasting texture. And where the single drawn hair from other wholesale hair vendors typically has 12-15% fullness, ours are increased and up to 20% for thicker ends.

Orange Line Raw Beach Wave Bundles
Our Orange Line raw beach wave bundles are made with the top 20% healthiest natural color Chinese raw hair material. To create this texture, we double-steam-style top-tier straight raw hair material; once to add a deep wave, and once more to add a spiraling curl. It delivers a relaxed, flowing texture with natural movement that works perfectly for high-end sew-ins and custom wigs. Because this double-styling is more complex, these beach wave bundles take 48 hours to customize.
End Fullness and Density: These bundles are single drawn, but we deliberately push the fullness ratio much higher than standard vendors: 15% for lengths up to 18″, and a strict 20% for anything 20″ and longer. This gives you noticeably thicker ends and better overall density for longer lengths. While we can customize double-drawn versions upon request, this 20% ratio offers the strongest value for most clients.
Bleach Performance and Lifespan: Because the raw hair material is naturally pure in color, it lifts cleanly past #613. Expect 2 to 3+ years of wear with proper care. However, heavy bleaching will relax the wave. If you plan on lifting the hair lighter by quite a few shades, many professionals buy our straight bundles first and style the texture themselves for better control.
Note: We categorize these as raw because they’re made from raw hair material that’s completely unprocessed. “Virgin” is typically used by other wholesale hair vendors for processed floor hair and no longer means “steam-styled raw.”
