Orange Line Raw Loose Wave Bundles
Our Orange Line raw loose wave bundles are made with the top 20% healthiest natural color Chinese raw hair material. Unlike a standard body wave that just alternates left and right, we steam-style this premium hair into a downward spiral movement. Because this specific circular pattern requires precise heating to lock in properly, these bundles are strictly made to order and require a 48-hour customization time.
End Fullness and Contraction: These loose wave bundles are single drawn, but we deliberately push the fullness ratio higher than standard vendors: 15% for lengths up to 18″, and a strict 20% for anything 20″ and longer. Because this spiral pattern relaxes and contracts, a 20″ bundle will sit noticeably shorter. We cut every bundle at least 1 inch longer than labeled (measured completely taut) to ensure your installs never come up short.
Air-Drying & Bleach Performance: This hair is 100% healthy and lifts cleanly past #613. However, physics dictate the pattern: heavy bleaching will naturally relax the spiral. You also need to warn your clients about air-drying. If they let this hair air-dry soaking wet, the physical weight of the water will drag the downward spiral into a much looser body wave. Diffuse it or set it properly to lock the pattern in.
The Cuticle & Silicone Reality: True raw donor hair has fully intact cuticles. Forcing that hair into a downward spiral creates a 180-degree cuticle clash at the curves. This is exactly why many Vietnamese wavy bundles tangle—they skip the acid bath. We run a minor acid wash before steam-styling to slightly blunt the cuticles, killing 99% of tangling. We then finish with a light, wash-out silicone sealant. This locks in moisture and gives the bundles a premium, high-luster finish right out of the package without hiding any damage.
Note: We categorize these as raw because the hair material itself is 100% unprocessed. “Virgin” is typically used by vendors to sell chemically processed floor hair and no longer means “steam-styled raw.”
Verify Before You Order: Our sample kit contains fractions of straight bundles from all our qualities. Wash it, scrape the cuticles, and bleach it yourself to compare directly against your current supplier. If you want to test the actual loose wave texture, our MOQ is just one full-length bundle.
