1. Introduction & Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.bossique.com and the purchase of products from Bossique (“we”, “us”, “our”). Whether you are a wholesale business (B2B) or a retail consumer (B2C), by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Disclaimers (Texture & Color)
Hair extensions are a natural material processed by hand. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following inherent variations are not defects:
- Steam Styling & Texture: Both our Black Line and Orange Line are steam-styled to achieve uniform curl patterns.
- Handcrafted Nature: Textures are created by hand-rolling hair onto rods. Slight variations in tightness may occur depending on the specific worker or batch.
- Color Impact: Lighter colors (e.g., #613 Blonde) have been bleached, affecting the hair’s protein structure. Consequently, lighter hair holds texture (curls/waves) more loosely than dark hair.
- Orange Line Specifics: Because our Orange Line retains intact cuticles (Raw Material), it resists mechanical styling more than chemically stripped hair. This means curls may appear slightly looser or drop faster than heavily processed “floor hair.” This is a sign of hair quality, not a defect.
- Photography & Lighting:
- Device Variation: Colors will appear different on every phone screen and monitor.
- Lighting Conditions: It is impossible to capture identical color accuracy across different lighting setups (studio vs. natural light) and hair types. We strive for accuracy, but minor tonal differences between the photo and the product are expected.
3. Pricing & Currency
- Pricing Stability: While we strive for consistent pricing, prices are subject to change without notice due to:
- Fluctuations in the USD/CNY exchange rate.
- Scarcity of raw material (human hair prices rise annually).
- Increases in global shipping or manufacturing costs.
- Exchange Rates & Fees: All prices are in USD.
- Net Payment: The buyer is responsible for all transaction fees and exchange rate losses. If we receive less than the full invoice amount (due to intermediary bank fees or poor exchange rates from your provider), we reserve the right to refuse the order until the difference is paid.
4. Payment Policies
A. PayPal
- Address Matching (Anti-Fraud): We only ship to the address registered and confirmed on your PayPal transaction.
- Wrong Address Penalty: If you enter a shipping address on our site that does not match your PayPal address, we are forced to refund your payment so you can re-order correctly.
- Non-Refundable Fee: We will NOT refund the PayPal transaction fee (approx. 5%). This fee is retained by PayPal and is lost due to your error. Please check your address before paying.
B. Manual Transfers (Western Union, Wise, Remitly)
- Manual Process: Selecting “Direct Bank Transfer” or “Western Union” at checkout does not automatically charge you. It creates an invoice.
- The Workflow:
- Place your order.
- Contact us via WhatsApp (+86 135 3369 3283) to request our current payment details.
- Send the payment manually via your chosen service.
- Send us the receipt/MTCN code.
- Once funds are cleared, we ship.
5. Fraud, Chargebacks & The “Blacklist”
- Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for friendly fraud (e.g., claiming “Item not received” when tracking shows delivered).
- Industry Blacklist: In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, your personal details (Name, Address, Phone, Email) will be added to the Shared Vendor Blacklist, a database used by thousands of Chinese hair factories and vendors to identify and block scammers. You will be permanently banned from purchasing from Bossique and many other suppliers.
6. Intellectual Property & Image Use
- Copyright: All images, videos, and text on this site are the property of Bossique.
- Advisory on Using Our Photos: While we allow wholesale clients to use our photos for marketing, we strongly advise against it.
- The Risk: Using a vendor’s photos makes it easy for your customers to reverse-image search and find us (your supplier), cutting you out of the deal. To build a unique brand and protect your profit margins, you should always take your own content.
7. Force Majeure
Bossique shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of The People’s Republic of China. Bossique and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Guangzhou, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
