Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the following estimated transit times apply. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and do not account for potential customs delays or flight availability.
- USA – Estimated Time: 3-5 business days
- Canada – Estimated Time: 3-5 business days
- Europe – Estimated Time: 3-7 business days
- Africa – Estimated Time: 5-14 business days
- Australia – Estimated Time: 3-7 business days
Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Processing & Production Times
To offer the widest possible variety of textures, lace types, and lengths, we operate on a hybrid inventory model. Please add the following processing times to your shipping estimate:
- Black Line: Ready to Ship. Most standard specifications are in stock and ship within 24 hours.
- Orange Line: 1–2 Days. We maintain a heavy stock of core items (HD closures, popular lengths). However, specific combinations (e.g., specialized transparent lace or unique texture/length pairings) are finished to order, requiring 24–48 hours of customization.
- DEC & LUX Collections: Made-to-Order. These premium collections are hand-crafted upon request.
- DEC Collection: ~2 Weeks
- LUX Collection: ~2–3 Weeks
Order Cut-Offs & Flight Schedules
Our carriers (FedEx/DHL) do not operate on Sundays or Chinese Public Holidays. Additionally, flight availability from Guangzhou is sometimes limited on Mondays and Fridays. Orders shipped on these days may experience a 24-hour hold at the export warehouse before departing.
Pre-Shipment Confirmation
If you require photo or video confirmation of your order before it ships, please request this in the “Notes” section at checkout. Please Note: Waiting for your approval may delay your shipment by 1 business day, especially if your confirmation is received after our daily carrier pickup time.
Carriers & Tracking
- Preferred Carrier: We primarily use FedEx as they currently offer the fastest routes and most competitive rates for our clients.
- DHL: Available upon request, though typically incurs higher shipping and tariff administrative fees.
- Tracking: Once your order departs, you will receive an automated text/email from the carrier. We also aim to personally forward tracking details via WhatsApp/Email. If you have not received tracking info within 48 hours of your expected ship date, please contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
USA (Delivered Duty Paid)
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we utilize a DDP shipping service for our US clients. This means we calculate and collect applicable import tariffs upfront. We then pay these directly to US Customs on your behalf. This allows your package to clear customs immediately without holding delays or surprise bills upon arrival.
International (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
For all other countries, we ship DDU. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. You may be contacted by the carrier (DHL/FedEx) to pay these fees before delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We strive to process orders immediately; therefore, there is a very small window to cancel or modify an order before it enters the processing queue. If you need to make a change, please WhatsApp (+86 135 3369 3283) us immediately .
Cancellation Fees
Please be aware that if you request to cancel an order (for reasons other than a stock issue on our end), the transaction fee charged by the payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card) is non-refundable. Payment processors no longer refund these fees (typically 3–5%) to sellers when a transaction is reversed. As a wholesale business operating on optimized margins, we cannot absorb these costs for “change of mind” or accidental cancellations. The refund you receive will be the total amount paid minus the transaction fee.
Wrong Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the additional re-shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
