Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict “no refund” policy on used products. No exceptions will be made. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of used items for the same reasons. All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Altering the hair in any way is at your own risk and quality can not be guaranteed, therefore returns will not be accepted once the product has been altered. Altering includes brushing, washing, combing, coloring, bleaching, cutting, unrolling bundles & more.
Upon receiving your item, please inspect all received products thoroughly. Most issues can be diagnosed simply based on weight, fullness, length, feeling and smell of the hair. If you are unhappy or have an issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist you further.
FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. These products are specially made according to your requirements and and are hard to resell. This includes but is not limited to wigs, clip-ins, tape-ins, any items with a MOQ of 10 bundles & more.
What if I was shipped the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product we apologize and we will do our best to quickly fix our mistake. Please contact us asap at firstname.lastname@example.org or +86 13533693283 (WhatsApp/iMessage) with your order number and detailed information. We will be happy to make it right.
What if my item was lost by the carrier?
We have extra options available during checkout. These are “Require Signature Upon Delivery” and “Insurance”. Without checking these boxes during checkout, we’re not obliged to provide any refund or free reshipping.
Require Signature Upon Delivery – Some packages get delivered at the wrong address, and some packages could get stolen from your front doors/porches by your neighbors. Checking this box during checkout will make sure that the delivery person will request a signature upon receival. If you choose not to tick this option, make sure the package gets delivered to a place where someone can always accept a package, or has camera protection.
Insurance – Some packages get lost during transit. In this case, the carrier will only refund us up to $100 depending on the value of the package. We can buy additional insurance to cover the full value of the package, and if the package is lost in that case, you’ll be able to get a free reshipping of the order.
